I purchased 2 tickets in 3:30pm timing seat 7 & 8 from bwp to ryk 4 hours before departure so i and my baby keep comfortable during the journey..on departure the employee on terminal ga e my seats to two couple without my consent and forced me to sit on back seats with my baby… I complained immediately but the other guy from staff also ignored my complaint and said you are 4min late now you have to sit at the back sa
