My Sim is damaged and I’m located overseas. I dropped a mail to 121 to help me with a replacement Sim last week for which they asked me few documents. I reverted back with those and they mentioned that they would get back to me with an update in 24-48 hours. Its been a week now and the only response I get is, they are working in the request.
So disappointed with the service. Pathetic, when customers need help in urgent matters.
