My laptop was not functioning under warranty period and it was diagnosed by “F1 Info Solutions & Services Pvt. Ltd” authorized service center of Avita that Motherboard, Key-Board & Touch-Pad to be replaced. They received the spares, however they didn’t change the Motherboard. As it was giving intermittent problem due to faulty Motherboard, when again same was noticed by then warranty was over and they are charging 50758/- to replace Motherboard where the new laptop costed 33240/- from Flipkart.
When the complaint was logged during the warranty period, why is was not rectified properly (Motherboard was ordered but was not replaced).
