Text of Complaint by Avinash Kumar:

I have been subscriber of airtel telecom services since the age of 2G. I am using their 4G service for a long period of time. In the beginning I noticed that as soon as I enter my residence the network speed drops drastically. I have registered serveral “service request” regarding this problem in past years but nothing changed. My recent SR was lodged on 9th March. First they advices to wait for eight days and my problem would be resolved. But nothing changed. I again registered an SR on 18th and same thing was advised to wait for another eight days. They I perused the matter to appellate authority through email. Although they acknowledged the issue but nothing has changed yet. Every time I contact him/her, I get same machine generated reply “our network working team is working to resolve your problem”.

As I have said I had lodged many complaint regarding the issue in past but never perused it till resolution. Merely an sms was sent from airtel informing that my SR had been disposed off. But this time, after pursuance, I realised I was being cheated for very long. They have been cheating many customers like me with fancy ads on tv but what we get on reality is far from their promises.
