For the past 5 months, we have not received solution. Our machine is not working and contacted the reliance team multiple times and they are reckless. Few technicians would come and check the machine and remove all parts, leave it as it is and go off ….. Next day again after we call them multiple times, new set of technicians would come and do the same and leave …every one is saying that for the past 4 months we have ordered motor and not received it, that’s why delay. How long we have to wait. Reliance is giving us mental stress and almost we have given 20,000 to maid in 4 months to wash clothes. Then why the hell need of machine or customer service.

We need solution today. We can no longer wait. Worst ever customer service. Refer the images for bills.
