We have placed an order for a wooden cabinet.The order was delivered on 9th and supposed to be installed on 10th June…but 3 days have passed and no installation person called or came for delivery.
I tried calling the installation person number sent to me via sms, but that number never gets connected. Have tried calling atleast 20 times on the last 3 days!!
On top of that I have called and raised complaints with flipkart customer care atleast 10 times in the last 2 days but no resolution !!
I feel so helpless now and feel I made a mistake by ordering through flipkart..I always order on Amazon and must mention that they are extremely good with their services and customer service…
Flipkart really need to improve else they will lose all their customers with such after sales service and customer care.
I hope atleast now, after writing this email someone will look into this and help me resolve the issue.
