HELLO

MY SELF HARISH GIDWANI I TOOK JIO FIBER ON 01st FEB 2021 & DISCONECT ON 26th FEB 2021. ENGINEER CAME TO COLLECT DEVICE ON 6th MARCH BUT THEY CHECK IN THEIR SYSTEM WAS SHOWING ONLY ROUTER BUT NOT S T B. THEY SAID IF S T B NOT SHOWING WE CN NOT TAKE. THAN THEY INFORM THEIR SENIOR PERSON MR. NARENDER. HE SAID PROBLEM WILL SOLVE IN 2 TO 3 DAYS BUT AFTER 15 ENGINEERS VISIT TO MY HOUSE EVERY ALTERNET DAY BUT IN SYSTEM S T B WAS NOT SHOWING AND THEY WENT BACK WITHOUT DEVICE. AFER THAT I CONTACT JAIPUR TO SO;VE PROBLEM FROM JAIPUR PROBLEM SOLVE AND ON 03 APRIL 2021 THEY TOOK DEVICE BACK. NOW JIO IS NOT READY TO REFUND MY 2500 RS THEY SAID THEY WILL REFUND ONLY 1500 RS BCAUSE OF DELAY IN DEVICE BACK . DELAY WAS NOT FROM MY SIDE THIS PROBLEM & MISTAKE FROM THEM AND NOW THEY REFUSE TO RETURN MY MONEY JIO IS BIG CHEATER. PLEASE DO NEED FULL. THANKS
