My ticket was booked for 19/12/2018 in 12404(ALD-JP EXPRESS). TRAIN WAS PARTIALLY CANCELLED . AND IT HAPPENED FOR FIRST TIME AND NO ONE INFORMED ME ABOUT REFUND . PNR : 2736042237.NOW THEY ARE NOT REFUNDING MY MONEY
