I have taken JioFiber both Internet as well as set top box vide Order No.NO0000FGI40Q dtd. 24.10.2020 with trial period of 30 days in the name of PERURU SRINIVASA RAO, during the trial period, asked to change the ownership name to my wife name (to claim purpose) well in advance (before 30 days), customer care guys informed me that, it’s not possible to change ownership name and advised me to cancel this connection and take new connection with my wife name.
(Note: Before taking the connection, I have checked with the sales/marketing guy “Mr. Ashok Reddy, Phone: 8660699375 about cancellation and refund, he informed me, I will get entire money if I cancelled within a month and also mentioned in the leaflet about the refund, which I got it from him)
Accordingly, I have cancelled the JioFiber services through service ID 299745614153 dtd. 21st November 2020 , well in advance of the trial period ends due to reason mentioned above. immediately got the message “Our service engineer is scheduled to visit your premises on 30th November 2020 at 10:00am”, unfortunately no call received from any jio service engineer, informed the issue to customer care. After so many follow-ups and emails, finally the service engineer has uninstalled both the internet connection as well as set top box and took my account details on 30th December 2020. They have delayed to pick the Router and Settop box.
After so many follow ups and emails, while checking my account , I found only Rs.1500/- (partial) has been credited on 7th Jan 2021 as against the deposited amount of Rs.2500/-. hence following up about the balance of Rs.1000/-.
Hope, my mail clears all your queries (also, please refer to my earlier mails related to this) to clear the balance partial amount of Rs.1000/-.
