Took the free trail for the month of December-2021.
Connection activated on 1st of Dec 2021.
Deactivated on 30, Dec 2021.
Box was returned to the Jio personnel on 2nd Jan 2022.
I only got a partial refund of 500. When taken to their customer care, they responded with the below message :
As I see that you have returned the device post 60 days of the activation of the trial offer, so you are not eligible for a refund of installation charges.
When asked about how come there is 60days from Dec1st to Dec30. They are not responding.
