I gave a security deposit of Rs. 1500/- while getting the Jio Fiber connection which they said will be returned once the jio fiber box is returned back on disconnection.
I returned a working box but they have only Rs. 500/-. Nobody is entertaining the issue. Jio is behaving like a fraud company.
