Myself Suganthi from Kalpakkam. I have ordered 2 sarees in Meesho on 26th Sep the total cost is Rs. 1144 (572 x 2 = 1144). The order number is 332082039353.
On 3rd October I have received only one saree instead of 2 sarees.. So I have returned the saree. The saree was picked and return completed.
On 5th October I have received only Rs. 572 with the transaction ID YESB22788442887. Remaining amount for the missing quantity ie Rs. 572 yet to receive.
I have reached meesho customer care for several times and they have also send mail on 6th , 15, 19, 24th October. Finally they are saying that they are refunded the money on 5th October.
I have receive receive Rs. 1144 but they have refunded Rs. 572 only . Please help me to get the remaining amount Rs. 572.
