I had booked roundtrip flights from Delhi to Maldives (03rd July 2021) and return (06 July 2021) , booking reference – NN7110455037314. Total amount had been 41320 however i have been refunded with partial amount only (22214). To claim the refund i went to MakeMyTrip app and raised the refund request. I observed in the app that there were two seperate refund requests raised to Air India flight only (From Delhi to Maldives) and no refund request was raised to Indigo flight(return from Maldives to Delhi). One can easily smell that there is something fishy from MakeMyTrip end. Please help to resolve this issue as i’m expecting full refund here
I have been repeatedly chasing over mails but haven’t received any response to any of my queries/concerns. I tried calling customer care as well but no agent came to the call and call disconnects automatically
