I am using jio fiber since 2022 and changed according my requirements and plans. As I know that I can submit my first old device and I will get refund after deducting installation charges (1500-1000= 500/- ) so I will receive 500/-. This statement also assured by many of jio company’s customer care executives, representatives but after submitting my device 25th June 2023 but they refunded me only 250/- on 13th July 2023. So I called customer care to know the reason and they asked me to wait 3-4 days to get due refund because it happens. Till then they did not tell me any negetive points about my device or any instances for not getting full refunded money. After passing 7 days I called them again and then one executive told me that ‘May be your device is defective’ but she did not told me surely or what kind of issue the device has. She totally mislead me. But maximum of them told me you will get 500/- not 250/- its not happens. As well as when engineer came to pick my device,he did not told me any issue about my device. He told me device is in good condition and there will be no problem of getting refund.
Till today I am struggling with this issue and getting 0 response from jio after contacting multiple times.
I need my full refund 500/- back. Jio is most renowned company and we don’t expect this kind of scam from jio.
