I am unable to withdraw my money because there is incomplete orders but each time I put my money and try to complete or pay the order , the price gets higher and higher

I too lost my 25000 in the same manner, they are asking me to pay another 65000 rupees to withdraw the amount, please suggest the process if know how to recover my money.
