Text of Complaint by Pratibha Jadhav:

Order ID: 218280449419, I have ordered 2 Nos. of Mobile Holder which was pack of 3 pcs so I have to receive total 6 pcs of Mobile Holder. Total Value of the order (2 Nos = 6 pcs) was Rs. 335 but I have received only 3 pcs (1 No) . After that I complained to customer care and they themselves raise ticket (696574357583) on dated 06/10/2023 for refund of Rs. 167 for missing quantity. I have recd. email also in that they mentioned that within 2 working day you will get the refund. Meantime I have follow up them 2-3 times. on dated 21/10/2023 when I called to them they told me that within 24 hrs you will get the refund and also sent email to me but again they sent me email stating “we are unable to process your claim, as it is not meeting our policy guidelines” then also i have tried to connect with customer care but their reply was same when i have told them to connect me to some senior person then they kept me on hold for 20 mins and at the end i have disconnected the line. Meesho has sent us the less quantity and we have to bear all the rubbish things and have to follow up continuously. i do not understand what is the problem why they are not giving the refund – i have proof of parcel opening video in that it is clear that recd. only 3 pcs. we are really wasting our valuable time to get the money which Meesho can give refund easily. I observed in many cases that getting refund from the meesho is very difficult which they can give easily. i think they like to people get suffer. Please take the necessary action in this regards and refund me Rs. 167 at the earliest.
