Hi Sir,
I am Balaram, Vipani Meadows, Plot No:123, Flat No:201, KRCR Colony, Road No;6, Bachupally, Hyderabad – 500090.
We bought a Flat in seconds in Bachupally in Dec-2019. On that day of purchase the owner and builder have told us that the parking has not been divided and it is taking place of mutual understanding of all the flats.
but now the builders are planning to sell some flats, saying that you don’t have any parking including Two wheeler. They decided to give parking for cars excluding me. Our apartment is of 5 floors (G+4) with 2 flats for each floor. Our flat is on the 2nd Floor (G+2).
We want to file a complaint on our builder, owners and other related persons for the parking issue.
Please advise and assist for the further steps.
