Hi Sir,
My Name is K.Balaramudu Vipani Meadows, Plot no:123, Flat No:210, KRCR Colony, Road No:6, Bachupally, Hyderabad – 500090
We have bought a flat in seconds in Bachupally in 2019 December. On the day of purchase, the owner and the builder have told us that the parking has been not divided and it’s taking place on mutual understanding of all the flats.
But now some flats are being sold and now it’s time to divide the parking area for all the flats.
Now the builder & Land Owner are saying that we have no parking at all including two wheeler. Our apartment is of 5 floors with 2 flats per each floor. Our flat is in G+2 which is 201 (2nd floor). So we want to the complaint on the same.
We want to file a complaint on our builder, Land Owners and the related persons regarding this issue.
