Outside of Primus Hospital Chandragupta Marg, Chanakya Puri a man collecting parking fees in the name of hospital he was collecting 20 per entry. He is collecting in the form of cash and Paytm UPI in the name of WAKIL MISHRA @paytm.s1ezt8v@pty. He gave me a receipt with name of Primus Super Specialty Hospital with hospital logo on it.
