Myself Ved Parkash Kumar from New Delhi .
I was told from the day one that I have to pay 50% then my member id will be done , I will get the membership and I can plan my holidays and book my reservations for hotels and avail all the benefits .
Now after paying 50% , new wording from Parag, Executive is , I have to pay balance 50% only then I can book my reservations for hotels .
THIS IS VERY VERY WRONG THING.
I have saved all : a) whatsapp msg talk b) Payment done records c)Call records
ALWAYS REMEMBER , DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER ALWAYS REDUCES SALES FROM PROSPECTIVE CUSTOMERS BY SHARING HIS BAD EXPERIENCE.
I WILL GO LEGAL WAY TO GET REFUND OF MY EVEN SINGLE PENNY !
