I deposited 3000 rs via the debit card portal of Parimatch and it still haven’t been credited in my account and neither has it been returned to my bank. I have sent multiple mails and chatted online with the support agents and they say that the experts are working on the matter and they don’t provide any updates. I deposited my money on 31 December 2021 and its 5 Feb 2022 today and I talked to the representatives of the company again and their response was the same, they asked for my bank account statement yet again and said that experts will work on it. Its been over a month and they keep giving the same response and I’m not getting my money back.
