Deposited ₹75000 using neft mode of transaction, put the reference number and even after 3 days deposit is not credited. On contacting the support team they keep saying issue has been forwarded and there is no further response to it. Got scammed of ₹75000. Contacted banks and made sure that transaction went through, yet they won’t process my deposit.
