I had made a deposit & the deposit never showed up on my account. They owe me a refund of ₹9999 to either my original payment method (bank account) or my gaming account.

I have followed all the procedures & also reached out to the customer support via Parimatch’s Live Chat feature and provided them with all the necessary details. They said that the issue shall be resolved in 2-3 Days. I waited and there were no resolution or updates. Then finally, I sought to reaching out to them via Email & they haven’t helped me since a week now. This is unethical.
I deserve the money and if I don’t get it I shall commit suicide and Parimatch will be responsible.
