on the 6th of Jan I deposited 5000 INR into my Parimatch account using their Netbanking deposit option. The funds did not reflect in my Parimatch account. I have been trying to contact their live support which has to be the worst live support on any website- Not helpful, feels like I’m talking to a rock. None of their live support bothers to help with the situation. It’s a disappointment that a well established site has such poor systems in place to deal with such defects.
