Parimatch refuses to give me my withdrawal by blocking withdrawal request submission on my account. When asked why, the email support said that I need to verify my account AGAIN whereas it was already verified in the past. I have already provided all the required documents for verification, it has been 2 weeks now, they do not reply to emails nor remove the block on my withdrawal.
