Hi I’ve been waiting to get my funds transferred through net banking which on the app the timeline at the most is 48 hours to complete. However, I’ve been put on wait by showing as my withdrawl amount has been issued, from 1st June when I requested for till 8th June. And moreover after me still waiting for more than 120 hours when the information they provide for not more than 48 hours, and 6 7 days I see the status as declined. I even tried to my different account details for withdrawal in case one get declined hoping one of them will be successful but the same again status issued waited for 6 7 days even that one shows declined. When contacted support they only keep telling me to wait for 48 hours for the requests I had to make again as it was declined before. But no explanation on the issue relating to previous declined requests. Now again I’m waiting I can again see the status as issued on two different accounts as before. I need my money back. I hope this website is not a scam. Because how they work is absolutely unsatisfactory
