Text of Complaint by Mudedla Sandeep Kumar:

Parimatch was approved my kyc details and I had withdraw 3 times.after that they have restricted my account and withdrawal is not happening. As I have contacted them. they said me to send aadhar card details to [email protected] And I have sent the details more than 10 times.. from April 30th Iam sending the documents till today..But dint receive any response from them. Then I contacted their customer support about this issue. What they said is they haven’t received my mail so plz send again.. This happened almost 50days..Still they are replying same answer again and again. I also sent the mail proofs which I have sent to them. But they are not responding and ending the chat in the middle without giving any response.. They are making us fraud. Before taking action on parimatch first take action on YouTube channels who promoting this fake application.. Around 15000 amount was there in my parimatch wallet. And their answers are linke some says they have received my documents one says not received.. But here they are playing trick like we can deposit our amount and place bets but we can’t withdraw our money.. plz take necessary action on it.. innocent people fall for it loosing money.. Most of the users are students and they are investing the money which were taking interest from others.. plz do action and plz make them to release my money
