Dear Team,

I am writing to bring to your attention an issue with a recent UPI transaction. On March 8, 2025, I made a payment of ₹15,000 to Parimatch using PhonePe UPI. The UTR number for this transaction is 828254485628.

Although my bank indicates that the transaction was successful, Parimatch claims they have not received the payment. I have filed a complaint with my bank and attempted to contact them, but they confirm the transaction as successful and are unable to provide further assistance.

I kindly request your help in resolving this matter. Below are the transaction details:
