Case-1
Sir on 5th October 2023 i made a withdrawal request of 20000 inr using IMPS method in which my account details was asked i filled all the details like my bank account number, ifsc code, account holder name then next day on , 6th October 2023 withdrawal request showed as successful but amount was not credited to my bank account regarding this i talk to customer support through mail and chats they told me to wait for 5 buisness days, i waited 5 business days even after i didn’t receive my withdrawal amount then again i contact to customer support then they told me that my request is accepted and our expert team is working on it, every day i got same reply i was fed up by listening same reply again and again then on 24 October 2023 customer support told me that my withdrawal request was successful with UTR no. 8484973785 ,if you don’t receive amount then kindly check with your bank and provide an official letter from the bank, then i told them that 8484973785 is not the UTR no it is my contact number and this contact number is not linked with any bank account this contact number i used to create my parimatch account and i also told them UTR is a 12 digit no. not a 10 digit number, i also tild them that i never used mobile number to withdrawal money i always used account details and i also provided them my updated bank statement many of times from date of withdrawal to till date then again they gave me same reply from our side withdrawal request was successful check with utr 8484973785, they are not ready to listen and understand.
Sir i am providing you my updated bank statement all the proofs which clearly shows that i didn’t receive my withdrawal amount
Case-2
On 6th October 2023 i made a deposit of 15000 inr through upi provided on parimatch website and submitted the utr on website but that amount of 15000 inr was not added to my parimatch account and amount was not reversed to my bank account then i talk to customer support they told me that transaction was failed we don’t receive any amount kindly wait for one business day, i waited but amount not added to parimatch account not reversed to my bank account , they told me our expert team working on it they will give the answer then we will get back to you after few days of conversation i got the reply that the payment which was made not belongs to parimatch it was made to someone else or may be you have one or more accounts ,
then i replied i have only single account with parimatch i deposited 20000 inr on 5 oct 2023 using upi method on the upi which was provided to me on parimatch website”bharatpe907720184085@yesbankltd” this transaction was successful and amount added to my parimatch account
Now come to 6th October 2023 11:24 am i deposited 15000 inr using upi ,the upi which was provided to me on parimatch website was “bharatpe907720184085@yesbankltd” (same as above) now this 15000 inr was not added to my parimatch account or not reversed to my bank account for this i am going to share you both transaction screenshot and my bank account statement
Now you are saying that i transferred money in some wrong account how is it possible that on 5th oct 2023 on same upi transaction was successful and amount added to parimatch account and next day on same upi amount was not added and the statement given from your side is that i transferred the amount in wrong account
One day some upi belongs to parimatch and very next day same upi which was provided on your website not belongs to parimatch and my amount not added to parimatch account
