My friend sent me a parcel containing clothes worth of 12,000 rupees on January 19, with tracking number D10143280. I never got a call nor the agent came to my place, instead returned my parcel saying I am not available. Now my parcel cannot be tracked anywhere. It is lost. I need refund or my parcel. Such an irresponsible and reluctant behaviour by the courier service. I want justice.
