I Dudigani bhagyasri, booked a parcel on 22.08.2023 in professional courier services from kodad, Telangana state to Rajastan state. With Consignment no.KDD827554.while tracking the details it shows as parcel reached to Jodhpur on 02.09.2023, but not delivered even after so many days.I enquired for phone number at booking point and gave a phone number.After calling the given number,he told me Parcel reached to Jodhpur and Given a phone number related to Jodhpur Point.I tried a so many times but not responding for phone calls and also presently not showing any tracking details in professional courier website
