Dear Sir/Madam,
I have ordered the product from MyGlamm. MyGlamm used XpressBees service in order to courier it to my place. Its been 20 days and parcel is not arrived to me. During these 20 days, I have called XpressBees customer care 7-8 times they always said that Parcel will arrived in 24 hrs but it is not arrived. I am very fed up by chasing XpressBees. There was a Pin Code error which I made, that has been corrected with in 3-4 days of the order. I informed them by calling and asked to change the PINCODE. I am not sure why still it is not delivered to me.
Delivery person mention customer is not available but delivery person did not call me or visited my house, they are doing fraud with customer; Please take serious action on this delivery service .
