Hi sir
i have booked a parcel from Tirupati to Rajahmundry on April 17 th 2021.
I have checked tracking it is showing parcel is forwarded to Vijayawada
I have asked the Tirupati courier person to raise complaint against this issue as its not received till now. He is saying I’m not responsible at all for this and asked me to check by myself.
after that I have raised a complaint in customer care page .
it’s been a month i have raised the complaint and I’m calling customer service person every day
their answer WE WILL CHECK And UPDATE
I’m totally vexed to all these answers
please do the needful sir.
please let me know if any process is there to do
