I have ordered a room heater from Amazon, and it was out for delivery today,one agent called me on 4:32 pm today and asked me to come out of my house so that he could deliver the product, i came out from my house as per his request, but nobody was there , i have waited till 40 minutes as i was unable to contact on that number from which i have received call ,as the number was customer service and they needed a pin to connect. Then after waiting for 2 hours i have registered a complaint to amazon and amazon representative assured me that your parcel will be delivered shortly .but after few minutes i have received a message that your parcel has been rejected by you,and my order has been cancelled by Amazon, i am unable to understand that how it is possible that my parcel is rejected and cancelled with out my consent . Whereas i was eagerly waiting for my parcel.
