I have ordered a parcel

From Amazon seller Tied ribbon as on date 18th July, 2020. That parcel has been shipped from seller on same date 18th july, 2020. On 24th july, 2020 delivery boy has been uldated that the parcel is delivered to us.
In actual we haven’t received any parcel yet. We have contacted with delivery boy on 24th july, 2020 at 05.09 P.M. he said that he will contact with us today to deliver the parcel. Till now that person hasn’t contacted with us and he updated on on tracking detail that he delivered the parcel, which we haven’t received yet. We have paid that amount rs. 499/- already.
Kindly do some inquiry regarding such matter.
We want our refund or parcel in good condition.
