Hi,
I’m writing this mail  to seek your assistance about a recent extremely frustrating experience I had with Amazon customer service.
On 19th September I ordered some pantry items and received 2 (1st &3rd) shipment on time and waiting for the 2nd shipment, as per Amazon 2nd shipment expected date was 23rd September. So after crossing some extra days I called to customer service first time on 28 or 29 Sep and she assured me and say “Sir we will re-dispatch your items and your 2nd shipment will be dispatched soon and you can see the updated expected date in your Amazon app” but I didn’t get any update, from that day (first complaint) onwards I follow with the customer service executives, escalation team leaders and also some of Managers, everyone assured me “Sir this time you will get the resolution and provide me the case no, and commit me pls wait for 24 to 48hrs.”, this process is repeated every time…got no. of mail with the same confirmation but no resolution at all.
I asked to the Amazon team, several times that why you open a new ticket without resolving the current ticket they said we didn’t get update from internal team so we can’t say anything on that and raising a new ticket with new date of resolution.
I’m very very frustrated with this kind of service, already wasted lots of time for this small pantry shipment. Attached no of mails, received from Amazon escalation leader or Manager team.
I look forward to hearing about the resolution with this matter.
