Dear Sir/Madam,
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to formally register a complaint regarding a product I recently purchased through an advertisement on Instagram.
On June 21, 2024, I placed an order for Adivasi Hair Oil, advertised as originating from Karnataka, India. Surprisingly, the product arrived incredibly fast, on June 24, 2024. However, upon inspection, it is evident that the product is of substandard quality and does not meet the claims made in the advertisement. It appears to be a counterfeit or fake version of the genuine Adivasi Hair Oil from Karnataka. Also seller is claiming Product Name & SKU (ORIGINAL ADIVASI NEELGIRI HERBAL HAIR OIL – SOURCED DIRECTLY FROM KARNATAKA)
I am deeply concerned that this seller is engaged in deceptive practices, misleading consumers through false advertising and misusing the reputable brand name of Adivasi Hair Oil. Such actions not only compromise consumer trust but also violate consumer rights.
I request your immediate intervention to address this issue. I seek a full refund of my purchase amount and appropriate action against the seller to prevent further fraudulent activities. Attached are the relevant details of my purchase for your reference.
