Text of Complaint by Samridhi Bhandari:

I joined zumba course from pankhuri on 11th June 2023. The agent who made me enroll in this class gave me wrong information about the classes but after knowing it still I continue. For first week they were unable to provide good classes and even ended the classes abruptly without giving proper reasons, they changed instructor in every class. After talking to one of their agent twice I continued but when they were unable to provide 7th class with proper requirements I asked them for a refund. Mr Mohit said he will process the refund on 19th June but till now I haven’t received the refund. I tried calling him he ignored it I have even messaged him and he ignored my messages too. The agent who made me enroll in this class is also not responding to my messages. I tried contacting their Instagram page but they also haven’t responded. Also the host of the WhatsApp group has said if they were unable to provide next good classes they will refund the money. They were unable to provide good classes but no refund has been received. I paid Rs 600 for this course. Even the website they have put in their Instagram page is no opening neither their is any email or phone number I can contact too. They treat their customers like shit. ( They are situated in Bangalore I guess)
