I’m Akshay friom Maharashtra Pune, I’ve buyed Samsung Air Conditioner on 02/04/2022. From then I had many problem regarding the AC Noise trouble, low air cooling, In the last month approx 1st of marche I Got H11 Erron on my AC immediately on 3rd March I launched a complaint on the panasonic helpline number.5 days (08/03/2023)later the service engineer cam and check the AC , he diagnoised that the PVB circuit was faulty so he changed the PCB circut, unfortunately it didn’t work. Then opened the outer split unit and found that the another outer circuit is faulty. Then he changed the outer PCB circuit to on 30/03/2023. He changed the circuit and the on the AC the error was gonn , I got great relief. Immediately afer 2 to 3 days at night I got another error as “F3” Suddenly the Ac stopped cooling . I again informed and complained again regarding the issue. Till date 13/04/2023 the issue is not solved. I complained and told that my AC is faulty I want new Ac in replacement of this faulty AC. But they have refused . Its more than two months I’m facing this problem. Please help me.
