I have purchased a Panasonic AC in the 2022. But it is not cooling well even at 18. I have serviced the AC almost 3 times in the last one month but it still does not cool also i have complained so many times but they still have not send a technician. I would never recommend Panasonic AC to any one their after sales service is non existent.The Goa manager Mr Patil does not even answer calls.
