This is regarding PAYUFINAN Account No-LPPUS15048605 and SBMBKINDIA Account type – Credit Card Account No – R001359846 which is using my PAN card as fraud to avail banking services. So I request you to please investigate both the account or if any other account is linked from different location as fraud and de-link those account asap. And I don’t reside in the location where the PAYUFINAN , SBMBKINDIA account has accepted those address while using my PAN.
I am from West Bengal , but my PAN card is being misused by other entity for Finance and Banking scam.
Below are the address where my PAN is misused with details :
1. VILL HATIBATSHIMALUGURI NAGABANDHA LAHARIGHAT MARIGAON ASSAM RESIDENCE ADDRESS OWNED 30-11-2023 ASSAM-782103
2. 282 MORIGAON RESIDENCE ADDRESS – 02-05-2022 MAHARASHTRA-400001
3. 282 MUMBAI OFFICE ADDRESS – 02-05-2022 MAHARASHTRA-400001

And the above fraud entity has used my PAN in many finance and banking department to engage my govt PAN in different zones of India.
I have raised many disputes in different third party where credit score are being optimized.

So, I request to de-allocate all the fraudster from my valuable PAN as soon as possible. And I would look forward the risk management team to entertain in this and make India as fraudster free.
