I ordered an mobile on 4 th november order number 171-3907018-3965111 its showing delivered on 8th as per tracking id

248890623026 but the person to whome i gifted that mobile didt get that pakage delivered.

What should i do i have told customer care services thrice they said investigation is going on that pakage is delivered but the problem is not solved.

I will file an FIR if that matter is not solved   , 12000 ₹ is big amount for our kind of middle class service men.

Please help me
