I have purchased Gold voucher of Rs. 10000 at 22 may 2019.
They told me to deliver within 15/20 day.
I call at customer care three time in June, july, And August.
They told me because of some issues with joyalukas they are unable to dispatch gold voucher.
After calling again and again they told me u will get till August, now they are telling u will get in November…
But when i update paizapay there was no application in Google play…
Now what should I do …
I purchased Rs. 10000 Gold voucher.
Sir/madam please help me out what should do ?
