I booked a painting service for the house on the 24th of September. I was told work will be done in 7 days. 100% money was taken in advance. The work done was shoddy. The contractor was rude and did not finish the job. I complained to urban Comapny and they sent the same
Contractor back. He did patch work and made a mess of the house. I complained to urban company again. They sent another painter to paint the ceiling without a ladder. There is no number to call them and complaint. We leave a text message and they call when they feel like and when they don’t. We have been harassed and this is a complete nightmare. Work is still pending after one month and no one from Urban Comapny is contactable after taking full money they have disappeared.
Really really disgusted and frustrated. Please help.
