Hi,

I am not sure where is Airtel heading too.

Its a pain to reach to the customer care of Airtel to just update the address details so that i can do a online recharge.

Its been 24 days now reaching to the customer care branch since 7th August 2021 in N.R Mohalla 570007 Mysore branch and there is no positive response from the Executive Mr. Chethan who is insensitive at the branch store or calls or text to address the concern or a resolution to be updated and the new sim is still not working.

Need this to be actioned on priority as this is hampering my other work related to banking purposes.

Kindly share the escalation Email ID to resolve the issue or transfer the mail to the concerned team.
