Yesterday i paid netplus broadband bill , when i completed the payment it showed that it has been paid to indianideas and then i didn’t received any receipt , after that i contacted customer care but they didn’t receive it. From last two days payment is lost . Is this a fraud? Or any delay in servers? What i should do ?
