I booked a cab registered on Ani Technologies Private Limited on 31st August 2025 from howrah railway station to abhinandan tower santoshpur. After reaching my destination I payed 474 to Ani technologies pvt Ltd . Albeit the payment was successful the cab driver said he didn’t receive any money from the said company and continued bugged me for straight 2 days telling that he didn’t receive money and I had to pay the driver again. So, I paid twice. So kindly refund my money because ani technologies pvt Ltd has taken money twice once from customer and again from the driver who drives the companies vehicle. This is how you loose trust and credibility. Please kindly refund my money and instill some professionalism because people are naive and trust at face value and when they loose their trust and feel abandoned, you are the one who suffer customer base and relevance in the market. So it’s my humble request to the company to check into the said matter and redress my grievance.
