Text of Complaint by Moumita Mitra:

I have an account in Simpl. On1st September,2022 I paid simpl bill of rs 8490.16/- using my debit card through online transaction. Money got deductec from account but payment status was failed. Then I emailed to simpl support and they said that it would be settled within 5 to 7 days and then I could repay the bill. But money was not reversed back to my account. I emailed to bank and lodged complain through customer care in bank but they said money was sent successfully. Now Simpl is adding penalty but I already paid the bill. Simpl never replies in emails. They are simply doing fraudulent activities.
