I tried to book two Tickets ( Round trip ) as a Senior Citizens CCU to BBI and back. At the instruction of payment I paid the Amount by SBI CREDIT CARD No. XXXXXX7655 . The amount was debited my account SBI sent me the message. But no Tickets were issued. When complained Via Support completely ignored me asking me to Provide the Transaction No. As you know since no ticket is issued how am I to know what Transction No. You have or not. The amount has been debited my account by SBI. Now there are two option either you give me in writing that you have not received money through my Credit Card. Then I can take up the issue with SBI. I am enclosing the screen shot of SBI message and Statement where it is clear that Via’s Accoint has been credited. I am unable to upload the message and Bank Statement.
