I have booked 2 tickets for the movie NUN II on 9 September 2023 at 10:20 PM in MY Cinema, H & J Complex Karunagapally through Book My Show App. There was no security and not even a person at the entry and exit doors. The theatre lights didn’t go off during the entire film and the sound was very very low. As there was no security some came drunk and made bad comments and messed with the family members watching the film. We are paying this extra service and convenience fee of Rs. 56 for our security and convenience but they didn’t give any service regarding this and so we can’t enjoy the film as well. Kindly consider my grievance and do the needful as compensation.
